Constructiv, a Generac Company, specializes in technical project delivery for mission-critical infrastructure. With over 20 years of experience, we focus on building critical power and cooling infrastructure supporting data centers. As we expand, we are building a pipeline of skilled construction professionals for future opportunities in the U.S. Currently, we are not hiring immediately but aim to connect with talented individuals in data center construction for future roles.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall delivery and daily management of design, procurement, and construction projects, including managing costs, schedules, and quality. The PM works directly with clients, project consultants, and contractors, leading site management, design, contract administration, and other teams to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction. Coordination of team resources is essential.

Travel: This role requires regular travel, 80% or more, and is not remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform project management tasks effectively.
  • Understand construction techniques, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, environmental issues, and building envelope systems.
  • Understand cost estimating fundamentals such as quantity survey, square footage costs, and RS Means values.
  • Have thorough knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and contract management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project and other MS Office tools for scheduling and analysis.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, especially in data center construction and telecommunication facilities.
  • Knowledge of construction and electrical codes, plan reading, budgeting, and change management.
  • Proficiency with Windows platforms and project management software like Procore preferred.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary ranges from $95,400 to $160,000, based on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and overtime opportunities.

Physical Demands:

Regular talking, hearing, manual tasks, standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent computer work. Occasional travel required.
