Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the data center sector. The role involves remote travel and is 100% onsite at client sites, focusing on planning, scheduling, change management, and budget control.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors and team members, prepare reports, track expenses, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years direct experience in project management or construction management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to improving communication, organization and leadership.
• Efficient scheduling and delegating to meet deadlines.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating.
• Knowledge of billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage subcontractors and project expectations.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track project expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend coordination meetings with owner/contractor/architect/engineer as needed.
• Prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Review design documents for conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions.
• Monitor field or contract work to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Process submittals and RFIs.
• Early completion and tracking of billing.
