Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for onsite work in Fredericksburg, VA. You will provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account, guiding projects from initiation through completion.

You’ll manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk; coordinate with clients; and lead the project delivery team to deliver objectives while aligning with CBRE value-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu, combination of experience and education considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions and financial calculations.

Aufgaben

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budget, schedule, quality control and risk elements.
• Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example, embody CBRE/RiSE values, and build consensus.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
