Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for our Data Center Group in LaPorte, IN. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive schedule and cost controls, and deliver high‑impact infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

You will mentor staff, manage contracts, foster client relationships, and coordinate safety with site leadership to meet performance goals. Relocation may be required for specific roles. This is a Full_time position in a growing, supportive company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in managing construction teams.
• Proven success in client relationships.
• Relocation may be required for specific roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Manage project startup, execution, and close-out.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion.
• Lead and develop the project team.
• Final say in resolution of problems.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control plans.
• Identify issues to Program Manager to ensure success.
• Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete.
• Ensure construction site rules and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
