This role focuses on developing accurate estimates and providing detailed project information while managing administrative aspects for the project. The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of project management and estimating experience in a self-perform concrete environment, along with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in project management and estimating for a large-scale GC or concrete contractor.
• Data Center construction experience.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and develop project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects with contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Create preliminary project schedules and track milestones.
• Organize log setup for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Maintain accurate takeoffs and collaborate with the Project Lead on plans.
• Communicate project information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to align with the budget.
• Execute detailed project closeout and final documentation.
