Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead data center infrastructure projects in the Atlanta area.

You will represent AWS on-site, manage GC and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating with Design Engineering, Field Engineering, Operations, and Environmental teams, maintaining Procore records, and delivering projects on time with rigorous environmental and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Windows OS.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from groundbreaking to substantial completion and PFHO.
• Manage general contractors and subcontractors to meet deliverables.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external partners in meetings.
• Ensure proper project documentation and reporting in Procore.
