Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering.
• 4 or more years of relevant engineering experience.
• Industry certifications such as EIT or PE.

Responsibilities

• Receives technical and operational direction from the Project Manager.
• Assists with planning and coordination of sub-contractor activities.
• Monitors subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and quality control.
• Reviews manpower, material, equipment requirements with others as designated by supervising superintendent.
• Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules.
• Assists with safety program compliance to OSHA requirements.
• Prepares reports and keeps supervisors informed on progress.
• Under guidance of the Project Manager, monitors work performance of subcontractors.
• Ensures compliance with all record keeping requirements.
• Uses construction management system for daily diaries, logs, RFIs and submittals.
• Interacts with client, architect and design professionals to ensure design intent.
• Supports project communications across teams to meet plans and budget.

Bachelor's degree + 2 years experience
