Job summary

PSG GROUP LLC seeks a Project Administrator to support Project Managers and teams across the construction lifecycle in Lordstown, Ohio. You will maintain documentation, coordinate communications, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to procedures.

The role initially supports a data center build with long-term opportunities nationwide. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project administration or coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Procore, ACC, Bluebeam or SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project files, records, and documentation and manage document control.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, track actions.
• Assist with subcontractor onboarding, contracts, and change orders.
• Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and status reporting.
