Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of critical data center facilities. This role includes managing project's financial governance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery within organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within data center environments, and a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects. This position is located in Totowa, New Jersey.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 annually, including benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' experience working in the data center market sector.
• Experience reading and understanding Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Architectural Plans and Specifications.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of data center facilities.
• Manage critical infrastructure systems and coordinate with internal departments.
• Prepare and manage presentations and reports detailing construction and budgetary progress.
