Job summary

DC BLOX in Phoenix seeks a Construction Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center construction, aligning schedules, budgets, and design intent.

You will lead planning, procurement, site coordination, and safety standards while coordinating with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 5+ years’ PM experience are required; proficiency with Procore, Kahua, or MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication between stakeholders, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and delays in a proactive manner.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies across all job sites.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to secure materials and equipment in line with project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and execution efficiency.
