Job summary

Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in Dallas to lead data center builds from inception through handover. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships while upholding safety and quality.

This role requires 10+ years in construction project management for mission-critical environments, hands-on office/site presence, and strong procurement and contract administration capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction project management or related field
• Typically 10+ years experience in construction project management for data center or similar environments
• Experience with MEP technology in mission-critical environments
• Dallas, TX on-site role with minimum 3 days per week in-office/on-site
• Strong procurement, budgeting and contract administration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project preferred
