Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a skilled project manager with experience in data center construction to lead multiple projects from startup through turnover. You will oversee field technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors, and set priorities for field teams across US-wide sites.

You will manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, manpower planning, and material logistics, while reviewing contracts and drawings. Procore and PM discipline ensure up-to-date documentation and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center construction or industrial construction.
• Experience coordinating field teams and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with project schedules, budgets and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center construction projects from startup through turnover.
• Oversee field technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Set daily and weekly priorities for field teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and overall performance.
• Plan manpower and material deliveries; allocate resources.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover activities.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Use Procore and other PM tools to track progress and documentation.
