Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator with Data Center experience to join our team. You will develop detailed estimates and provide accurate project information to stakeholders while managing all administrative aspects of the project from start to finish.

Primary responsibilities include preparing precise takeoffs, generating customer proposals, setting up contracts and budgets, and coordinating schedules with the Project Lead.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Data Center construction experience is required.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and contribute to project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects including contract review, cost codes, and budgets.
• Create preliminary project schedules and organize log setup for MPOs/POs.
• Maintain accurate takeoffs and cost tracking; collaborate with Project Lead to develop project plans.
• Communicate project information and opportunities to the team.
• Prepare daily cost reports and issue change orders as needed.
• Execute detailed project closeout and ensure alignment with budget.
