Job summary

Meta, via TEKsystems, seeks a Construction Manager - Owners Rep for a Lebanon, IN data-center project. This contract role collaborates with GC, vendors, and consultants to drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring long- and short-range plans, controlling costs and schedules, and ensuring safety and quality per construction docs. Start August 2026; W2; up to $100/hr; per diem for relocation. Fully onsite in Lebanon, IN.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction management experience on large projects.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, or mission-critical environments is preferred.
• Experience overseeing GC and external vendors and contractors.
• Strong documentation, QA, and progress reporting skills.
• Ability to track costs, manage schedules, and solve problems promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day field activities and field teams.
• Oversee project scope, procurement, and change management processes.
• Review GC/contractor plans, bids, and proposals; manage suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and compliance is maintained.
• Monitor progress, schedule, costs, and quality per construction documents.
