Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in construction management.

• Knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with capital budget management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, commissioning, and turnover of a Data Center within a campus program.
• Manage project budget and change process; negotiate pricing.
• Oversee schedule, risks, and turnover dates; ensure safe, compliant operations.
