Innova Solutions is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to lead onsite construction activities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. You will oversee large-scale cabling and low-voltage installations while managing field operations, schedules, and safety programs.

This role requires 3+ years supervisory experience on data center projects, proficiency with MS Office and CM software, and a track record of delivering quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience on largescale data center projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and construction management software.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite data center construction activities, ensuring safety, on schedule, and within budget.
• Oversee large-scale structured cabling, fiber optic, and low-voltage infrastructure installations in mission-critical environments.
• Manage daily field operations, labor planning, 5-week lookahead schedules, and production tracking.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, subcontractors, and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards while promoting an accident-free workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and validation activities including OTDR testing, power meter testing, labeling, and QA/QC processes.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts, field issues, RFIs, and scope changes to maintain project momentum.
• Manage, mentor, and develop large field teams while driving accountability, productivity, and technical excellence.
• Serve as the primary onsite liaison for customers, participating in project meetings, site walks, and milestone reviews.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of supervisory experience on largescale structured cabling or data center construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and construction management software

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Data center new build or retrofit experience
• Experience working with union telecom crews and labor compliance
• Certifications such as OSHA30, BICSI Technician (TECH) and BICSI RCDD
• Experience managing large, dispersed field teams (100+).

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: Between $1,20,000 - $1,35,000 per year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
