Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an accomplished senior project manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects in the Seattle area.

You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, and turnover, coordinating MEP systems and working with clients, subs, and commissioning partners. This role requires a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business and 10+ years of relevant experience with a strong track record in data centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor, including data center construction.
• Experience leading complex data center projects with budgets, schedules, subs, and teams.
• Strong understanding of data center infra, critical MEP systems, commissioning, and turnover requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards, policies, and project procedures.
• Lead large-scale data center projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with project teams and subs.
