Job summary

AKS Engineering & Forestry, LLC in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead field activities for data center TI and mission-critical projects. You will coordinate with Owners, GCs, engineers, and vendors to ensure safety, schedule, and quality from pre-construction through turnover.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial or large-scale construction, strong MEP knowledge, OSHA 30, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with TI, renovation, adaptive reuse, or interior fit-out projects is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of data centers or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Manage TI, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects for data centers.
• Supervise MEP, HVAC, fire protection, and related systems installation.
• Coordinate with Owners, GCs, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Review work plans, schedules, logistics, and manpower allocations; monitor progress and delays.
