  • Oversee structural modifications, architectural build‑outs, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, fire protection, and specialty systems installation.
  • Coordinate installation of critical infrastructure including electrical distribution systems, backup power systems, cooling systems, containment solutions, and supporting building systems.
  • Review contractor work plans, construction schedules, logistics plans, means and methods, and manpower allocations.
  • Participate in pull planning and short‑term look‑ahead scheduling meetings to ensure efficient sequencing of work.
  • Monitor contractor productivity, schedule performance, and resource utilization while identifying and mitigating potential delays.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with contract requirements, project specifications, building codes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Document Management

  • Coordinate closely with commissioning teams during equipment startup, integrated systems testing, owner demonstrations, and facility turnover.
  • Support substantial completion, punch list management, owner training, and final project acceptance.
Project Support
  • Support the Project Manager in managing project scope, schedule, quality, budget, and risk.
  • Prepare daily field reports documenting construction progress, manpower, inspections, project milestones, and field observations.
  • Verify contractor progress for payment applications and schedule reporting. Coordinate resolution of constructability issues, field conflicts, and design clarifications.
  • Manage punch list development, completion tracking, turnover documentation, and project closeout activities.
