Responsibilities

• Lead Project Execution: Serve as the team's on-site eyes and ears from pre-construction through testing and final handover, documenting daily progress and job-site activity so the team and A/E team can make timely decisions.
• Support Owner-Side Visibility: Attend and facilitate meetings with the General Contractor, design team, and local utilities to stay current on project status — without directing or managing their work. All contractor management remains with the GC; the Sr CM's role is observation and reporting, not oversight.
• Track Budgets & Schedules: Review General Contractor pay applications and change order requests for accuracy and completeness, and elevate anything outstanding (including change orders over 30 days old) to the team
