Job summary

Kalcon is seeking a Construction Manager to coordinate, manage, and report on construction activities for mission-critical facilities. You will provide project controls, schedule oversight, financial tracking, and technical coordination across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, tech-savviness, and reporting skills with a focus on cost control, risk reduction, and meeting owner expectations on complex data center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required or preferred.
• 5-10 years of commercial/industrial construction or mission-critical project experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• PMP, CCM, or PE license is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction oversight for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple buildings.
• Review and validate the GC's full construction schedule, including forecasts and look-ahead plans.
• Participate in weekly schedule coordination meetings with GC, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage OFCI equipment lifecycle including planning, delivery oversight, and installation tracking.
• Coordinate commissioning schedules and ensure alignment with construction progress.
