Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Plano, TX, to lead construction activities for data center projects. The role requires deep knowledge of low voltage systems, building automation, and controls, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate 1-5 technicians, manage subcontractors, and ensure successful delivery while aligning with client goals and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing construction projects in mission-critical environments.
• Strong background in low voltage systems, controls, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial, financial, and technical success of projects within the Business Unit.
• Meet project schedule, profitability, and customer requirements in a system integration environment.
• Lead project teams of 1-5 technical associates on small projects.
• Provide input to clients for planning and technical solutions.
• Maintain frequent work status updates with the Project Manager.
