Job summary

E Tech Group in Texas is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor with data center experience to join our team. You will plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and top safety and quality standards.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with trades, and ensure compliance with building codes and automation standards. Expect 2+ years of mission-critical experience; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably mission-critical environments.
• Strong background in low voltage systems, controls, and automation technologies.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial, financial, and technical success of projects within the Business Unit.
• Meet schedule, profitability, and customer requirements in a system integration environment.
• Lead project teams of 1-5 on small projects and coordinate dispersed members.
• Occasionally work on weekends or holidays; provide status updates to PM/Senior PM.
• Advocate for safety, quality, and client satisfaction in all activities.
