Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Data Center Engineering & Construction Team. You will lead the construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center projects, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure reliable and efficient operations at scale.

The role requires 7+ years in construction management, multi-project experience in mission-critical facilities, and knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in construction management.
• Multi-project experience in large-scale construction and data center environments.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of capital budget management and contract administration.
• Negotiation skills and experience solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction, commissioning, and turnover of a Data Center within a campus program.
• Manage the budget associated with the project.
• Negotiate vendor and contractor contracts and purchase orders as needed.
• Coordinate needs with Procurement/Sourcing to support the project.
• Support pre-construction efforts and promote prefabrication strategies.
• Ensure safety programs and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
