Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies seeks a Traveling Electrical Foreman to support data center and mission-critical construction projects across the United States. This hands-on leadership role coordinates crews, directs daily activities, enforces safety and quality standards, and ensures successful project execution on active sites.

Ideal candidates are experienced electricians, lead technicians, or crew leaders ready to grow into higher field leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading crews on electrical or data center projects.
• Experience directing field crews and coordinating daily work activities.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and jobsite operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and project docs.
• Experience with digital reporting and documentation tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities on data center and industrial construction projects.
• Direct technicians and crew to ensure safe, productive work.
• Organize daily and weekly work plans based on priorities.
• Monitor crew productivity, attendance, tool readiness, and site performance.
• Assign tasks and help resolve field challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, procedures, and standards.
• Communicate manpower, material, and project needs to Superintendents and PMs.
• Complete daily reports and next-day plans in Procore.
• Support material management and site organization.
• Conduct quality checks to identify installation issues early.
