Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking a Project Superintendent for its Data Center Solutions division in Dalton, GA. You will lead the on-site construction team, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the project.

The role requires excellent communication, ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and experience with construction in a data-center environment. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Electrical, HVAC, instrumentation and/or controls panel systems.
• Experience in a Construction environment.
• Ability to review termination, cabling and conduit work for completeness, quality and accuracy.
• Attend daily on-site meetings with General Contractor, Electrical Contractor and equipment vendors.
• Experience commissioning equipment and tracking issues in scripts.
• Ability to write daily summary reports/emails.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and control drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; Bluebeam experience.
• Datacenter operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and manage the construction team.
• Ensure safety, health, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Communicate progress and needs to Project Management.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and equipment vendors.
• Review schedule and budget to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
• Place orders for materials and equipment and process RFIs/COs.
• Maintain project documentation and site reports.
• Lead project meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
• Represent the company professionally to clients.
