Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, along with 5+ years of experience in project execution for large-scale construction projects. Strong skills in Microsoft programs are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Communicate project status in a timely manner.
