Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a General Superintendent to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide. You will guide project teams, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while aligning with RMCI’s culture and core values.

You will mentor site leaders, manage complex programs, collaborate with owners and engineers, and apply Lean practices to uphold contract commitments on hyperscale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to assume responsibility and communicate effectively with others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Positive and teachable attitude.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Extensive experience leading project teams and achieving project goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects or large construction programs with accountability.
• Oversee project team success including safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure all Superintendent responsibilities are properly managed and executed.
• Establish relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trades.
• Mentor Superintendents and Foremen for future leadership.
• Align safety and quality plans with project requirements and implementation.
• Ensure QA/QC execution and site production quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage labor projections and schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans incorporating constraints and opportunities.
• Build rapport with customers with integrity and transparency.
• Apply Lean Construction philosophies on projects.
• Maintain a clean site and safe working conditions.
• Continuously review processes to improve efficiencies.
