Job summary

Nox Group is seeking an Area Superintendent to lead data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost while building high-performing field teams and coordinating with engineers, owners, and trade partners.

The role requires proven leadership, scheduling expertise, and strong communication skills to deliver complex programs on time and within budget. OSHA 30 certification is required and a commitment to safety is paramount.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams and achieving goals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities across complex projects.
• Experience with field coordination and schedule development.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and quality across foremen and trades.
• Develop and support foremen, fostering a productive environment.
• Coordinate survey/layout needs with Field Engineer and schedule requirements.
• Assist in project schedule development and Last Planner implementation.
• Prepare work plans and review them with Field Engineer/Foreman.
• Manage labor/equipment budgets and optimize crew size.
• Ensure timely completion of reports and field documentation.
• Lead QC processes and participate in project meetings.
