Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Director-level Senior Project Manager to lead Southeast data center initiatives. You will oversee a team of seven (Superintendents/PMs) across 3-5 projects valued between $100–800M, ensuring schedule, budget, and scope compliance while coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience with general contracting firms and a proven track record of long tenures and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing data center projects.
• Senior project management or director-level experience preferred.
• Strong tenure with clear career progression; avoid job hopping.
• Experience with Procore or Bluebeam and RFIs/P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center campus teams across the Southeast market.
• Provide hands-on management for multiple projects and sites.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor/vendor costs.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and monitor progress.
• Maintain daily field log and approve punch lists.
