Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in construction or engineering
• Strong reading of project specs, drawings, and MEP layouts
• Proficient with MS Office and scheduling tools
• Experience working on data center or mission-critical projects is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, specs, and drawings with focus on MEP and commissioning
• Coordinate meetings with trade partners, design teams and client stakeholders
• Provide field support to supers and PMs to ensure compliance with data center standards
• Assist in developing subcontractor scopes for electrical, mechanical and low-voltage systems
• Support constructability reviews focusing on cooling, power distribution, and fire protection
• Attend preconstruction meetings and document outcomes and action items
• Assist with close-out documentation including commissioning reports and turnover packages
• Coordinate punch lists and ensure alignment with critical path schedules
• Assist in estimating and bidding, tracking costs for MEP trades and long-lead equipment
• Support site logistics planning for equipment laydown areas and deliveries
