Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Commissioning Program Manager to lead complex Cx projects across the US and Canada. The role can be home-based anywhere in the US with access to a major airport.

Responsibilities include coordinating with diverse stakeholders, developing commissioning plans, managing budgets, and ensuring QA/QC of systems from design to handover. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mission critical commissioning project management experience.
• ABET accredited engineering or technology degree preferred.
• Commissioning Professional certification required or strongly preferred.
• PE and/or PMP designations are assets but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project commissioning from design through post-construction phases.
• Coordinate with end-users, GC, subs, suppliers, AHJs, and engineers.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, specs, and tests.
• Act as main client contact and provide day-to-day direction.
• Lead kick-off meetings and review design drawings and SOPs.
