Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Commissioning Program Manager to oversee multiple Cx projects (1MW–25MW+), with remote work options across the US. The role requires extensive experience in mission critical commissioning and tight coordination with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery from design through post-construction phases.

Travel up to 40% across the USA and Canada is common; ABET engineering degree and Commissioning certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of mission critical commissioning project management experience.
• ABET accredited engineering or technology degree preferred but equivalent experience acceptable.
• Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority required.
• PE and/or PMP designations are assets but not required.
• Knowledge of testing Utility transformers, UPS, Generators, BMS, AHUs, chillers, CRAHs, CRACs, and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on data center or mission critical commissioning projects.
• Develop and manage Commissioning Plans and Specifications and project budgets.
• Publish and manage the Commissioning Plan from design phase through project completion.
• Coordinate with End-users, General Contractors, sub-contractors, equipment suppliers, and AHJs.
• Provide day-to-day direction to internal teams and act as main client contact throughout project durations.
• Travel up to 40% across USA and Canada.
