Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Commissioning Program Manager to lead mission-critical commissioning on Greenfield and expansion projects across the US and Canada. The role allows home-based work within the US with access to a major airport.

Responsibilities include managing commissioning plans, budgets, and client communications across multiple projects up to 25MW+ The candidate should have 10+ years in commissioning, a relevant ABET degree, and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of mission critical commissioning project management experience.
• ABET accredited engineering or technology degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Commissioning Professional certification is required or preferred.
• PE or PMP designations are assets but not required.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong fluency with mission critical commissioning processes and ASHRAE guidelines.
• Plan and execute quality assessment of electrical and mechanical systems and startup activities.
• Coordinate with End-users, GC, subs, suppliers, AHJs, and stakeholders across project execution.
• Manage commissioning scope from design through post-construction phases and maintain contract compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and liaise with internal and external consultants and contractors.
• Develop and manage Commissioning Plans and Specifications and publish the commissioning plan from design to completion.
• Oversee budgeting, test scripts/procedures, and client communication throughout projects.
