Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Commissioning Program Manager to lead multiple Cx projects nationwide, including Greenfield builds and expansions. The role can be home-based anywhere in the US with access to a major airport.

You will coordinate with end-users, contractors, AHJs, and engineers, develop commissioning plans, manage budgets, and ensure QA/QC compliance from design through post-construction with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited engineering or technology degree preferred.
• Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority.
• PE and/or PMP designations are assets but not required.
• Strong proficiency with MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience coordinating with End-users, General Contractors, subs, AHJs and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Possess fluency with mission-critical commissioning processes and ASHRAE guidelines.
• Plan and execute quality assessment of electrical and mechanical equipment startup and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with End-users, GC, subs, equipment suppliers and engineers on project execution.
• Develop and manage Commissioning Plans and Specifications.
• Publish and manage the Commissioning Plan from design to project completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams on data center commissioning projects.
• Travel up to 40% across the USA and Canada; manage budgets and QA/QC.
• Use QA/QC/Cx software (BIM360, CxAlloy, Procore) effectively.
