Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical is seeking a senior professional to lead on-site commissioning of microgrid systems for mission-critical data center infrastructure. You will oversee gas turbine/generator plants, MV switchgear, and substations, ensuring tight synchronization and reliable operation.

Applicants should have 7+ years in commissioning or electrical engineering with a strong data center background, plus hands-on UPS and high/low voltage experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commissioning, electrical engineering, or mission-critical construction.
• Strong background in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with UPS systems.
• Experience with medium/low voltage switchgear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of on-site microgrid systems including gas turbine/generator plants, MV switchgear, and substations.
• Coordinate synchronization and integration with building management systems.
• Validate integration with BMS/EPMS and microgrid control platform; ensure real-time monitoring and automated response logs.
