Data Center Campus Maintenance Coordinator

As a CMMS Planner/Data Center Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee and schedule vendors and local Facilities Teams for approved tasks within the CMMS program. Your responsibilities include maintaining maintenance frequency and scope standards, monitoring and routing on‑demand activities, ensuring safety procedures and compliance, tracking work‑order completion, providing detailed reporting and analytics, coordinating change‑management systems, and handling CMMS administrative duties such as user account management, software upgrades, and training.

• Demonstrated experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and related asset scheduling.
• Culture of safety, compliance, and teamwork.
• Ability to encourage, coach, train, and develop personnel for exceptional customer service and results.
• Strategic problem‑solving skills with a big‑picture perspective amid ambiguity.
• Strong relationships with cross‑functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.
• Experience presenting technical information on projects or schedules.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, and desktop applications.
• Computer literacy and experience in report generation and distribution to senior leadership.
• Experience in a critical site environment – Data Center preferred.
• Knowledge of Electrical and HVAC systems, including UPS, emergency generators, fire systems, and chiller plant equipment.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and occasional domestic travel.

Education

• High School diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent work experience.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $55,000‑62,000 per year. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the expected pay based on skills, experience, education, and market/location. It is the final rate for the position, consistent with applicable law.
