The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Data Center-Cloud Infrastructure Analyst to join a diverse team at The Pentagon, Washington D.C., and FT. Belvoir, VA. This team supports the NC4SI Directorate within HQDA, DCS G-6, providing planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical, and management services.

In this role, you will provide expertise in data center and cloud infrastructure, information system planning, compliance, and manage cost and funding information via the PPBE process for the Army’s IT portfolio and network modernization efforts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Review technical products, conduct mission analysis, and propose solutions to support operational concepts.
  2. Provide IT systems support analysis and awareness to management.
  3. Contribute SME input on data center and cloud topics for deliverables, meetings, and queries from leadership and stakeholders.
  4. Recommend revisions to documentation such as project plans, CONOPS, Orders, Directives, charters, MOAs, etc.
  5. Assist with staff coordination, planning, technical analysis, policy development, and assessments of Army initiatives.
  6. Coordinate with Army Cyber Command, NETCOM, and DoD CIO on relevant tasks and initiatives.
  7. Develop and share knowledge on Data Center and Cloud topics to support division activities.
  8. Support Government IT Portfolio Managers and MDEPs with SME expertise.
  9. Apply PPBE skills to support processes, tracking, and oversight activities.
  10. Analyze requirements, offer insights, and draft documentation for decision-making.
  11. Support MDEP analyses and assist the Digital Program Evaluation Group.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Army or DoD staff

Desired:

  • Experience communicating with executive levels (GO/FO/SES)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Data analysis and actionable insights skills
  • Knowledge of Business Case Analysis (BCA)
  • Understanding of PPBE process phases and related data management

Pay Range:

The salary range is $82,100 - $172,400, influenced by location, experience, skills, and education. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and education support. This position can be located in multiple locations.
