Job summary

DataOne is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper – Data Center to maintain a clean, dust-free, and contamination-controlled environment in mission-critical facilities. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of server rooms, raised floors, and equipment racks using data-center-approved, low-particulate, static-safe methods.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow strict protocols, and willingness to work shifts on-site within a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and security clearance.
• Willingness to learn static-sensitive equipment handling.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of server rooms, data halls, raised floors, and racks.
• Vacuum and clean under raised floor tiles, cable trays, and air plenum spaces.
• Clean and sanitize non-technical areas including offices, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, and loading docks.
• Use anti-static equipment to prevent damage to sensitive systems.
• Follow protocols for entering secure data center environments.
• Empty trash and recycling and manage waste disposal.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Complete cleaning logs and documentation to verify tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper PPE use.
