Job summary

Salute is seeking a Data Center Cleaning Technician to perform preventative and general cleaning in a Data Center environment, ensuring pristine conditions for guests and staff. Technicians will clean multiple surfaces, using proper methods, chemicals, and equipment to protect sensitive data center equipment, and look for ways to optimize cleaning processes during the day.

Qualifications

• General custodial/cleaning practices and methodologies are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at different heights and surfaces.
• Proficiency with mobile application technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean Data Center areas and facilities as directed.
• Perform subfloor, ceilings, and surface cleaning per client scope of work.
• Scrub tile floors to meet client expectations.
• Clean overhead cable trays, conduits, and fixtures.
• Vacuum, sweep, and damp mop floors to standard.
• Dust and wipe surfaces up to 12 feet high.
• Handle trash and recycling; perform general janitorial duties.
