Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC technicians with experience in air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, industrial chillers and boilers. The role includes startup, commissioning, and aftermarket service, plus training and development opportunities.

Travel is required 10% to 20% to support branch customers. Candidates should have EPA refrigerant license, be willing to join the UA, and hold a valid driver’s license. Johnson Controls offers a company vehicle and safety-focused benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers and industrial chillers.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for startup, commissioning, and after-market service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service for HVAC chillers and boilers, including startup and commissioning and aftermarket support.
• Offer quotes to customers and participate in Service Plus Rewards program.
• Train and mentor local mechanics; participate in relevant classroom trainings.
