You will coordinate capacity planning, align customer demand with data center resources, and drive cross-functional improvements using strong Excel and BI skills. Stakeholder collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years advanced Excel, pivot tables, data validation, and large dataset handling.
• 3+ years in program or project management, delivering cross-functional results.
• 2+ years with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL.
• Background in supply chain operations or data center operations preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management with measurable process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capacity planning activities across data centers and regions.
• Review production schedules and material priorities to meet demand.
• Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for decision makers.
• Monitor reservations and demand management with cross-functional teams.
• Lead process improvements and drive cross-functional execution.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
