THIS ROLE WILL BE LOCATED IN CLARKSVILLE, AR (Relocation Assistance Available)

The Campus Director of Data Center Operations has full operational, financial, and leadership accountability for one or more data-center campuses onsite in the Southwest Region. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations of mission-critical infrastructure while delivering exceptional service to customers and stakeholders. The Campus Director provides strategic leadership across operations, engineering, security, facilities, and vendor partners to maintain uptime, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.

The position requires a strong balance of technical expertise, people leadership, financial acumen, and customer engagement, with a focus on operational excellence, scalability, and long-term asset performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all data-center campus operations
• Maintain 24x7 operational readiness and accountability for uptime and life safety
• Oversee operation and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure systems
