Job summary

Align is seeking a Data Center Cabling Project Manager / Supervisor to lead large, low-voltage cabling installations for AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. You will oversee planning, standards, and field execution to ensure safe, correct, and on-schedule installations.

The role is full-time with full benefits, PTO, paid training, and performance-based bonuses. 75% travel to project sites nationwide is required, including AI build locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in structured cabling or related fields.
• Experience leading field cabling crews.
• Ability to read cabling drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of labeling standards and cabling practices.
• Strong Excel skills for data vetting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee installation of cabling and support systems in new data center white space.
• Set and maintain cabling standards for multiple projects.
• Build and manage cabling tracking sheets and schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and internal crews to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform on-site quality checks on terminations, labeling, routing, and tests.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to leadership and clients.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Enforce safety rules and lead toolbox talks.
• Report daily field progress and issues affecting schedules or budgets.
