Giga Energy is building the electrical backbone of the AI era—transformers, switchgear, and modular data centers that power the world's most demanding compute deployments. We don't just sell into the infrastructure stack; we manufacture it, deploy it, and own the outcome.

This Project Manager role sits at the center of that mission, turning a signed contract into a live data center with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of project management experience in data centers, construction, or energy infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Strong scheduling, cost tracking, risk management, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for data center buildouts from contract to handoff.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone trackers, and budget logs.
• Coordinate daily across internal teams and external partners (EPCs, GCs, utilities, customers).
• Identify risks early, elevate fast, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Conduct structured project reviews with senior leadership; surface blockers and decisions.
• Hold vendors and internal stakeholders accountable to commitments.
• Develop repeatable systems and processes to scale the data center pipeline.
