Fluidstack is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to own end-to-end control sequences for data-center scale infrastructure in Austin. You will program, configure, and validate BMS logic, integrating chillers, CDUs, and monitoring systems.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on BMS platform programming for large facilities.
  • Ability to write and optimize control sequences from scratch.
  • Experience configuring and integrating equipment via BACnet/Modbus and vendor protocols.
  • Ability to commission work and diagnose test failures.
  • Documented logic with versioning for handoff to future engineers.
  • Bonus certifications in Tridium/ALC/Siemens and knowledge of chilled water sequences.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer BMS controls in reference design: sequences, points, graphics.
  • Program and configure the platform with tested, versioned logic.
  • Integrate chillers, CDUs, power monitoring, and third-party equipment.
  • Support commissioning with functional tests and fixes fed back to standard.
