LVI Associates is seeking a BIM Detailer to support BIM Modelers on large-scale data center and mission-critical projects in the United States. The role focuses on development, coordination, and documentation of electrical BIM models.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of BIM detailing in electrical construction, experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and the ability to coordinate across trades, review drawings, and produce shop drawings, as-builts, and BOMs.

Formación

• 2+ years BIM modeling/detailing experience in electrical construction.
• Mission critical or data center experience preferred.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment screening.

Responsabilidades

• Support BIM Modelers on large-scale data center projects.
• Produce shop drawings, installation drawings, as-builts, and BOMs.
• Annotate and document existing BIM models.
• Collaborate with BIM Modelers to develop constructible designs.
• Assist with clash detection, coordination, and resolving conflicts with other trades.
• Support prefabrication through detailed shop and fabrication drawings.
• Ensure BIM work complies with project standards and client requirements.
• Maintain project files, naming conventions, and document management standards.
• Ensure BIM models accurately reflect real-world electrical installation conditions.
• Provide additional support to the BIM/VDC team as required.
