Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a field-based technician to maintain data center controls and automation systems for a leading HVAC manufacturer’s rep network in North America.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on BAS/BMS controllers, power-monitoring interfaces, and related field panels; perform point-to-point validation and support startup and turnover activities; work within safety protocols and change-management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining BAS/BMS and data center controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on control systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and field service protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on data center controls and automation systems.
• Maintain BAS/BMS controllers and field panels.
• Validate sensors, alarms, trend logs and sequence-of-operation logic.
• Execute work using approved MOPs/SOPs/EOPs and change-management processes.
• Support alarm response, degraded performance investigations, and outages per SLA.
