Job summary

CyrusOne, Inc. is seeking an Asset Manager in the United States to support life cycle management and reporting of data center assets.

You will assist with budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting on asset performance, reporting to the VP of Finance. You will participate in deal sourcing/underwriting for new and renewal opportunities, and perform due diligence on properties to optimize profitability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of real estate experience required.
• Must work well in a team and have strong interpersonal communication skills; fluency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with asset-level budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting.
• Support deal sourcing and underwriting for new and renewal opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence on properties including leases, operating and financials to optimize profitability and service.
