Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Data Center Asset & Documentation Coordinator to own the lifecycle data for assets and spare parts. You will manage MBOM data, verify accuracy of asset records, and keep PLM systems aligned with FE and Ops teams.

You will collaborate with field engineers and operations staff, driving data integrity while exploring automation and AI-enabled process improvements across the global portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in engineering, data center, or technical operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain site asset and spare parts data through MBOMs.
• Ensure asset and spare part details match the digital record.
• Align and maintain data in PLM systems with FE and Ops teams.
• Perform routine data scrubs and correct anomalies; look for automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers/TPMs to incorporate AI solutions to improve processes.
